Education is the key to financial success
Eager students from years 9, 10 & 11 converged on Peregian Springs Golf Club last week to attend an event which would set them on their way to their dream career.
The St Andrew’s Anglican College inaugural Meet the Professional’s Industry Night allowed students face time with some of the Sunshine Coast’s leading industry professionals.
From arts and design to banking and finance, students could sit with the professionals of their choice, hear about the industry first hand and ask questions.
“The feedback we have received from parents and students about the wealth of knowledge and wisdom shared to our students was outstanding,” Event organiser Amy Nieuwenhuis said.
“Students have had the opportunity to connect and gain real world opinions and advice from experts in a variety of industries, something that will be invaluable in years to come”.
The event was sponsored by Becker Helicopters and Debt Rescue, part of the Lanyana Financial Group.
